Insurance:

We are a self pay practice and we believe our clients should have full control of their mental wellness journey. You and your therapist should define what therapy looks like for you without interference from external entities.  This includes whether or not a diagnosis is appropriate, the frequency of your sessions and your treatment goals.

 

Individual Session: $150 per session (45 minutes)

 

Brainspotting Consultation: $175

 

 

Payments:

We accept all major credits cards (including FSA and HSA debit cards) for services.

Cancelation Policy:

Here at SoundMind Wellness, customer loyalty and satisfaction come first. Within that measure of success, we strive to keep your appointment wait time to a minimum. In return, we ask that you kindly give us at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancellation so that other clients may have the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We kindly ask that ALL clients comply with this policy. Refusal may prohibit booking future appointments with a service provider. A full session fee is charged for no show or late cancelled appointments without giving 24 hours advanced notice.
